Hotel Policies

By visiting the hotel, its grounds, or using any hotel services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You have familiarized yourself with the internal hotel rules and agree to abide by them. Guests assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from non-compliance, violations, or ignorance of these regulations.
  • You are fully responsible for the behavior, well-being, health, and safety of yourself, any accompanied minors, and pets.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal property. The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items in common areas or throughout the hotel premises. We highly recommend storing valuables in the in-room safe or the reception safe.
  • Lost & Found: Found items are stored for a period of 3 months from the date of discovery.
  • You are liable for any damage caused by yourself, accompanied persons, or pets to hotel property, equipment, staff, or other guests. Any damaged or missing property will be appraised, and the value will be added to your final bill.
  • Photography or filming of other guests on hotel premises without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM
  • Group Check-out (10+ persons): By 11:00.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged with the reception (additional charges apply).
  • Night Access: From 23:00 to 07:00, access to the hotel is granted only via room key card or by calling the reception at: +370 680 18909 (Short code: 9).

 

RESERVATION GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION

  • A reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of a pre-payment (equivalent to the price of 1 night) within 3 days. Unpaid reservations may be subject to cancellation.
  • Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to 12:00 on the day of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or a "no-show," a fee equivalent to 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
  • In the event of an early departure, a fee equivalent to 100% of the originally booked night’s price may apply.
  • Payment: Accepted in Euros or via credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro).
  • Local Resort Fee: A fee of 2 € per person per night is not included in the price (exempt for children under 18 years of age).
  • Extra Beds: Children up to 3 years – free of charge; children 4–12 years – 25 €; ages 13+ and adults – 35 €. Baby cot – 5 € per night.

 

QUIET HOURS AND INTERNAL ORDER

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect the peace of other guests.
  • Housekeeping: If you would like your room to be cleaned, please hang the "SUTVARKYTI" (PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM) sign on the exterior door handle.
  • Climate Control: Heating and cooling are managed centrally from the reception. Cooling is provided only during the warm season. Bathroom floors are heated (the switch is located next to the bathroom door).
  • Pool Towels: Provided in your room and changed every second day. More frequent changes are subject to a 2 € fee (please contact the reception).
  • Mini-bar: This service is available at the hotel reception 24/7.
  • Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi network "Europa Royale Druskininkai" (no password required).

 

SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking tobacco products and the use of any smoking devices (including e-cigarettes) inside hotel premises and rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of this policy will result in a professional room cleaning fee of 300 €.

 

PET POLICY

  • Pets are welcome for an additional fee: 20 € per night (1 pet), 30 € per night (2 or more pets).
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on hotel grounds.
  • Pets are permitted only on the terraces of the restaurant and the breakfast hall. Pets are not allowed in indoor areas (restaurant, SPA, pool, gym).
  • The owner assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet.

 

PARKING AND CHARGING

  • Two complimentary parking lots and EV charging stations are available for guest use in the inner courtyard.
  • Guests assume full responsibility for the safety of their vehicles and any property left inside.

 

CHILDREN’S ZONE / PLAYROOM

  • Opening hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Glass building, 6th floor).
  • Children under 16 years of age may use the playroom only when accompanied by an adult.

Gym Rules

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

  • Proper sportswear and clean, indoor-only athletic footwear are mandatory in the gym.
  • Please be respectful toward other visitors and staff. We ask that you follow all instructions provided by the hotel personnel.
  • After your workout, please return all used equipment to its designated storage area.
  • For the health and safety of others, please wipe down machines and equipment with disinfectant wipes after each use.
  • Remember to drink plenty of water while exercising, especially during warmer weather.
  • If you notice any damaged or malfunctioning equipment, please inform the hotel reception staff immediately.
  • Exercise responsibly! Each visitor is fully responsible for their own physical fitness, health condition, and the correct execution of exercises.
  • The hotel is not liable for any traumas, injuries, or health complications sustained while using the gym equipment.
  • The gym is available for guests aged 16 and over. Persons under the age of 16 may only use the facility under the direct supervision of a parent or an accompanying adult.

Bowling Center Rules

Reservation and Preparation

  • Upon arrival at the bowling center, please contact the operator. Before starting the game, provide them with the names of the team members.
  • We recommend booking a lane in advance, especially on weekends and holidays. If you do not have a reservation, the operator will inform you of the next available slots.
  • The game is played only with special bowling shoes provided by the operator (please provide your shoe size). Playing with personal or other non-bowling footwear is strictly prohibited.
  • After the game, please return the bowling shoes to the operator.

Safety and Responsibility

  • Every player is fully responsible for their own safety, health, and behavior. The hotel is not liable for personal items left in changing cabins or unlocked lockers.
  • Children under 14 years of age may only play when accompanied by an adult, who assumes full responsibility for the children’s safety and well-being.
  • Persons clearly intoxicated by alcohol or other substances are strictly prohibited from playing, and service may be refused.

Game Process and Etiquette

  • Choose a ball based on weight and hand size (numbered from the lightest, 7, to the heaviest, 16).
  • Do not roll the ball if the lane is not active (pins not lit) or the sweep/guard is down. Do not cross the foul line.
  • Respect other players – do not distract them, do not block the lanes, and do not interfere with the flow of the game.
  • If you have any questions or encounter technical issues, please contact the bowling operator.

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Walking on the bowling lanes.
  • Damaging the bowling center equipment.
  • Smoking in the bowling area.
  • Consuming outside food or drinks.
  • Harming or bothering other visitors or staff.

Additional Damage Fees:

  • Broken glassware – 3 € / pc.
  • Damaged bowling sweep/guard – 100 €.
  • Damaged bowling ball – 50 €.

SPA Boutique Etiquette and Rules

By booking a SPA treatment, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. This helps us ensure a safe and pleasant experience for you.

Reservation, Cancellation, and Late Arrival

  • SPA Boutique is located in the Glass building, 2nd floor. Reservation: short code 7, mob. +370 671 05811, or email: spa.druskininkai@europaroyale.com.
  • We recommend booking treatments in advance. During periods of high occupancy, the hotel reserves the right to refuse services without a prior reservation.
  • Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your treatment to allow time for registration, changing, and relaxation. Please note that the treatment duration includes preparation time.
  • Reservations may be cancelled free of charge at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • If a treatment is cancelled less than 4 hours in advance, in case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, or a "no-show," the treatment will be considered completed and charged at 100% of the current price. The amount will be added to the room bill. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of programs.
  • If you are late by up to 15 minutes, the duration and effectiveness of the treatment will be reduced proportionally, and the full price will still apply.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform the SPA specialist if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery or injuries, or have any health conditions (illnesses, physical restrictions). If not informed, the hotel and staff are not liable for any potential deterioration of health.
  • Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted in the SPA zone (except when the service is specifically designed for them).
  • Preparation for the Treatment
  • We recommend taking a shower before your treatment. Please arrive for facial treatments without makeup.
  • Avoid heavy meals 1 hour before the treatment. An indigestible or completely empty stomach may cause discomfort.
  • It is recommended to consume more fluids before massages, body treatments, or sauna sessions.
  • Proper SPA attire and footwear are recommended. Disposable garments (bikinis/underwear) will be provided by the specialist. Please do not wear jewelry.
  • Avoid shaving or depilation on the day of the treatment, especially if a body scrub is scheduled.
  • Please inform the specialist about contact lenses before any facial treatments.

Conduct and Tranquility

  • The SPA center is a space of tranquility. We kindly ask you not to bring electronic devices (phones, computers); if brought, please turn off all sounds and screens.
  • Alcohol consumption and SPA treatments are incompatible. Intoxicated clients will not be accepted for treatments.
  • Smoking (traditional and electronic cigarettes), making noise, or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited. If rules are violated, a visitor may be asked to leave without compensation.
  • A 300 € cleaning fee applies for smoking indoors.
  • Pets are not allowed in the SPA center.

Liability and Property

  • Please handle SPA equipment responsibly. If any equipment is damaged, the loss will be added to the guest's bill.
  • The hotel is not responsible for personal items left in the SPA center.
  • Please communicate politely with the staff and follow their professional instructions.

Pool Area Usage Rules

Pool rules are designed to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for every visitor and to prevent injuries, misunderstandings, or losses.

General Responsibility

  • Visitors are responsible for their own health, safety, and conduct.
  • Persons under 18 years of age may only visit when accompanied by an adult. Adults assume full responsibility for their own health and safety, as well as that of the minors they accompany.
  • We recommend storing valuables in your in-room safe or the reception safe. Please do not bring jewelry, mobile phones, or other valuables to the pool area.
  • Access is prohibited for persons with infectious or communicable diseases, or open wounds.
  • Access is permitted only when following the instructions of the hotel staff.

Hygiene and Attire

  • A shower is mandatory before using the pool or whirlpool.
  • Please wear moisture-resistant, non-slip slippers and proper swimwear in the pool and whirlpool area.

Pool Conduct Rules

  • The pool is intended for relaxation and rest – please maintain a quiet environment and respect the peace of other visitors.
  • It is prohibited to make noise, run, slide, or jump into the pool or whirlpool.
  • It is prohibited to leave minors without adult supervision.
  • It is prohibited to use hygiene products (soaps/shampoos) in the water, bring food or drinks, smoke, or take photographs and videos.
  • It is prohibited to touch pool electrical components or behave in a reckless manner.

Technical Information

  • During technical maintenance in the pool or sauna areas, service hours may be temporarily shortened, or access may be limited. No monetary or other forms of compensation are provided for these temporary restrictions – they are implemented to ensure your comfort and health.

Sauna Usage Rules

Hygiene and Preparation

  • A shower is mandatory before entering the saunas or steam room and after using the restroom.
  • It is best to use the saunas 2–3 hours after a meal.
  • It is recommended to increase water intake when visiting the saunas.

Sauna

  • A towel must be spread on the bench when sitting or lying in the sauna.
  • During the first session, it is recommended to stay for 5–7 minutes on the lower shelf. After a brief cooling-down period, you may re-enter for 8–15 minutes. After the sauna, it is recommended to rest and take a shower.

Steam Room

  • Upon entering the steam room, it is mandatory to rinse the benches with running water.
  • Steaming is recommended for 5–10 minutes. After the session, rest and shower; you may then use the pool. Recommended number of entries: 1–3 times.

Sauna Conduct Rules

  • It is prohibited to pour water or other liquids on the stones or heating elements.
  • It is prohibited to bring your own infusions, extracts, oils, sauna whisks (vantos), food, or drinks.
  • It is prohibited to adjust sauna controls or damage the equipment.
  • It is prohibited to smoke, take photographs or videos, or consume alcoholic beverages.
  • It is prohibited to touch electrical components or behave in a reckless manner.
  • It is prohibited to behave disrespectfully or endanger yourself and other visitors.
