SPA Rules and Etiquette
By booking a SPA treatment, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow our SPA guidelines, allowing us to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for you.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment to allow time for registration, changing, and relaxation.
- Please leave electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops) outside the treatment area – take this time to fully disconnect.
- Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.
- Showering before your treatment is recommended.
- Remove jewelry to avoid loss or discomfort during the treatment.
- Disposable clothing (bikini or underwear) for SPA treatments will be provided by your therapist.
- Alcohol consumption and treatments are incompatible – intoxicated guests will not be admitted.
- Avoid shaving or depilation on the day of your treatment, especially before body scrubs.
- Attend facial treatments without makeup.
- Avoid arriving on an empty stomach or immediately after a heavy meal; avoid heavy food at least 1 hour before your treatment.
- Before massages, body treatments, or sauna visits, it is recommended to drink more fluids.
- Inform the SPA therapist about your health status, restrictions, or medical conditions.
- If you are pregnant, inform the therapist in advance so a suitable treatment can be recommended.
- Before facial treatments, inform the therapist if you wear contact lenses.
- Please note that the indicated treatment time includes preparation.
- If you are up to 15 minutes late, the treatment duration and effectiveness will be reduced.
- Cancellation less than 4 hours before the scheduled treatment, arrival more than 15 minutes late, or no-show will result in the treatment being considered provided and charged according to current prices. The amount will be added to your room bill.
