* Druskininkai Municipality has established a local resort fee of € 2 per night for the use of public and recreational infrastructure.
This fee is not included in the room rate. The fee does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

Heating and cooling are controlled centrally by the reception.

POOL TOWELS

Pool towels are provided in your room.
They are replaced every second day.

If you wish to change towels more frequently, a € 2 replacement fee applies.

The breakfast hall is located on the 1st floor, accessible by descending the stairs from the reception.

The hotel features the SALT BLUES Restaurant, SPA Boutique, bowling centre, and conference centre.
The hotel is connected via a glass corridor to the Druskininkai Medical Centre, through which guests can access the Druskininkai Water Park without going outside.

We recommend booking SPA treatments in advance; otherwise, we may not be able to provide the desired services.

 

SPA Rules:

If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, the treatment duration will be reduced accordingly.

If a treatment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or if you do not arrive at all, the treatment is considered provided and will be charged at the current rate. The amount will be added to your room bill.

 

BOWLING CENTRE

The fitness centre is located on the 2nd floor of the glass building.

 

CHILDREN’S PLAYROOM

Opening hours:
Daily: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

 

The children’s playroom is located on the 6th floor of the glass building.

 

PETS

Guests with pets are welcome for an additional fee:

€20 per night (1 pet)

€30 per night (2 or more pets)

For safety reasons, pets must be kept on a leash at all times.

Pets are allowed on the breakfast hall terrace and restaurant terrace.

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the breakfast hall, restaurant interior, SPA, pool, sauna, or fitness areas.

The pet owner is fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour and must compensate for any damage caused to other guests, their property, hotel staff, the building, or hotel equipment.
The hotel and its staff are not responsible for any damage caused by guests’ pets to other guests.

 

SMOKING

Smoking tobacco products and using any smoking devices is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms.
Violation of this policy will result in a € 300 room cleaning fee.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted in Euros (EUR) and by credit/debit cards:
VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard, Maestro.

 

PARKING

Two free parking areas are available for hotel guests.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their vehicles and any belongings left inside.

 

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION

Two electric vehicle charging stations are available in the hotel’s inner courtyard, next to the glass building.

 

EXTRA BED AND BREAKFAST

Children up to 3 years: free of charge
(maximum 2 children in suites and apartments, 1 child in a standard room)

Children from 3 to 12 years: €19 per child per night with breakfast
(maximum 2 children in suites and apartments, 1 child in a standard room)

Children from 12 years and adults: €35 per person per night with breakfast
(maximum 2 persons in suites and apartments, 1 person in a standard room)

An extra bed or baby cot must be requested in advance.

 

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

A prepayment equal to one night’s stay must be received no later than 3 days from the booking confirmation date.
If the reservation is made less than 3 days before arrival, the prepayment must be made on the same day.

An unguaranteed reservation may be cancelled free of charge or rescheduled up to 72 hours before arrival at 12:00 PM.

Unpaid reservations are considered unguaranteed and may be cancelled.

 

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

A guaranteed reservation can be cancelled free of charge by notifying the hotel no later than 72 hours before arrival at 12:00 PM.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of one night’s accommodation rate including VAT.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE

If a guest departs earlier than stated in the booking, the hotel may charge an early departure fee equal to 100% of the booked night’s accommodation rate including VAT.
