Heating and cooling are centrally controlled from reception. If you wish to adjust the temperature, please contact the reception. Cooling is available only during the warm season.

The minibar is available at reception 24 hours a day. Guests may view and purchase items as desired.

The bathroom floor is heated. The switch is located next to the bathroom door on the room side.

Pool towels are provided in each room and changed every other day. For additional towel changes, a €2 service fee applies. Please contact reception.

SPA Policy:

Arriving up to 15 minutes late reduces treatment time proportionally.

Cancellations less than 4 hours before, late arrivals over 15 minutes, or no-shows are charged in full and added to the room bill.

Pets

Pets are welcome for an additional fee:

€20/day for one pet, €30/day for two or more.

Pets must be on a leash.

Allowed in the breakfast hall terrace and restaurant terrace only.

Not allowed in the breakfast hall interior, restaurant interior, SPA, pool, sauna, or gym.

Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any damage caused. The hotel and its staff are not liable for damage caused by pets to other guests or their property.

 

Payment

The hotel accepts payments in Euros and major credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.

 

Parking & Electric Car Charging

Two free parking spaces are available for hotel guests. Guests are responsible for the safety of their vehicles and any belongings.

Two electric car charging stations are located in the hotel courtyard next to the glass building.

 

Smoking

Smoking in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. Violation incurs a cleaning fee of €150.

Children under 3: free (max. 2 in deluxe/apartment, 1 in standard)

Children 3–12: €19/child per night with breakfast

Children 12+ & adults: €35/person per night with breakfast

Extra beds or cots must be booked in advance.

 

Reservation Guarantee

Guaranteed with prepayment equal to one night’s stay within 3 days of confirmation. Reservations made less than 3 days before arrival require immediate prepayment.

Non-guaranteed reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before arrival at 12:00.

 

Reservation Cancellation

Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival at 12:00. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of one night’s stay including VAT.

 

Early Departure

Early departure fees equal 100% of the first booked night including VAT.
