Hotel rules

  • By visiting the hotel, its territory, or using the hotel's services, you agree that you are familiar with these rules, you do not object to them, and you are fully responsible for the consequences that may arise from non-compliance or violation of these rules.
  • When visiting the hotel, its territory, or using the hotel's services, you agree that you are fully responsible for the behavior, well-being, health, or disorders and injuries of yourself and accompanying minors.
  • When visiting the hotel, its territory or using the hotel services, you agree that you are fully responsible for your personal property and things left behind in the hotel premises and territory; the health or property of another person, if they were damaged due to the behavior of you, a minor accompanying you or a pet.
  • When visiting the hotel, its territory, or using the hotel services, you are fully responsible for the damaged or missing hotel inventory of yourself, a minor accompanying you, or a pet, and you are materially liable. Damaged or missing property is appraised, and its value is added to the bill paid by the customer.

Fitness gym rules

  1. Wear athletic clothing and clean, indoor athletic shoes in the gym.
  2. Please communicate politely and listen to the staff who welcome and serve you.
  3. Leave the gym inventory in the same place you found it.
  4. Please clean the gym equipment with disinfectant wipes after using it.
  5. On the day you exercise, especially in hot or sunny weather, remember to drink enough water.
  6. If sports equipment is damaged or not working, please notify the hotel reception staff immediately.
  7. Exercise responsibly! The guests and users of the gym are fully responsible for their physical fitness, state of health, correct performance of exercises, and safe use of gym equipment. The hotel is not responsible for possible physical injuries or injuries, other health deterioration that the guest or user of the gym may have experienced or experienced during the visit to the gym.

Bowling center rules

  1. When you arrive at the bowling center, contact the bowling operator. If you have not reserved a track, ask when there will be free tracks.
  2. Bowling is played only with special footwear. Tell the bowling operator your shoe size and he will give you special bowling shoes. Bowling with your own personal, non-professional bowling shoes is prohibited.
  3. When playing bowling, each person is fully responsible for their own safety, health, and well-being.
  4. Children up to 14 years old can play bowling only with an adult accompanying them. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of the accompanying minor children.
  5. Before starting the game, give the names of the team members to the bowling club operator.
  6. For the game, choose a ball that matches your weight and the size of your hands. The balls are numbered in order of difficulty, from easiest (7) to hardest (16).
  7. Do not roll the ball if the playing track is not on (pin lights are off).
  8. Do not roll the ball if the pin barrier is down.
  9. Do not cross the penalty line.
  10. Respect the members of your team and the players of the neighboring tracks: do not distract, do not disturb, and do not block the playing track.
  11. If you have any questions or technical problems during the game, contact the bowling club operator.
  12. Return the bowling shoes to the operator at the end of the game.
  13. The hotel is not responsible for visitors' personal belongings left in changing rooms and unlocked lockers.


Forbidden:

  1. Bowling with your own personal, non-professional bowling shoes is prohibited.
  2. Walking on bowling alleys is prohibited.
  3. It is forbidden to distract, disturb, or otherwise harm other players, visitors, and employees of the bowling club.
  4. It is forbidden to vandalize the inventory of the bowling club.
  5. Smoking is prohibited.
  6. The consumption of food and drinks brought with you is prohibited.

 

To ensure the well-being of you, your children, and the hotel staff, bowling is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

 

Additional fees:

  1. For broken glassware - 3 eur/1 piece.
  2. For a broken bowling barrier - 100 euros.
  3. For a broken bowling ball - 50 euros.

Spa Boutique etiquette and rules

  • We kindly ask you to book spa services in advance, so that we can ensure the provision of your preferred procedures at the time of your choice. The hotel reserves the right not to provide services when applying for spa center services without prior reservation during periods of high occupancy.
  • The reservation of the procedure can be canceled no later than 3 hours before the start of the procedure. If you do not arrive for the procedure at the reserved time and do not notify in advance, the money will not be refunded. There are no refunds for unused services in the programs.
  • If you are expecting, have health problems, or have recently had an injury or surgery, be sure to inform the spa staff about this - we will recommend procedures suitable for your condition. Without prior notification of your health condition, the hotel and its staff are not responsible for the deterioration or disturbance of your health or well-being.
  • The spa center is a zone of relaxation and tranquility, so please do not bring mobile phones or other electronic devices into the spa premises, and if you bring them, turn them off completely.
  • The use of alcoholic beverages and smoking of all traditional/electronic products is prohibited in the spa center. In case of violation of this clause, the fee for cleaning the premises is EUR 300.
  • In the spa center it is forbidden to make noise, act aggressively or otherwise disturb the peace of the spa center visitors and employees. Persons for inappropriate behavior may be removed from the spa center premises, money for incomplete or not performed procedures will not be returned.
  • It is forbidden to damage or otherwise vandalize the inventory of the spa center. For damaged inventory, the spa guest will have to compensate for the losses incurred.
  • Pets are not allowed in the spa.
  • Please communicate politely with the staff welcoming and serving you, listen to their instructions.
  • The hotel and its staff are not responsible for guests' belongings left in the spa center.

Rules for using the pool area

The rules of the swimming pool are drawn up in order to ensure a pleasant rest for every visitor, a good mood in the pool complex and to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings, injuries, or losses.

Necessary:

  1. Before using the pool or hot tub, as well as after using the toilet, it is necessary to take a shower.
  2. Wear moisture-resistant, non-slip slippers in the pool and hot tub area.
  3. Wear swimwear.
  4. The swimming pool is intended for relaxation and rest, so you must keep quiet here and respect the rest of other visitors.
  5. Visitors must follow all the instructions of the serving staff regarding order, discipline, use of the premises, saunas, and the equipment in them.
  6. Visitors under the age of 18 may visit the pool and hot tub area only under the supervision of parents or accompanying persons. Adults are fully responsible for the health and safety of themselves and accompanying minors.
  7. We recommend leaving your valuables in the safe in the room or in the safe at the hotel reception. The hotel is not responsible for visitors' personal belongings left in changing rooms and unlocked lockers.
  8. The swimming pool complex will be temporarily closed during technical prevention, with prior notice.


The following are prohibited in the pool and hot tub area:

  1. Making noise, running, skating, and other mischief.
  2. Jumping into the pool and hot tub is prohibited.
  3. Behaving carelessly, disrespectfully, endangering yourself and other bathhouse visitors.
  4. Leaving minor children unattended by accompanying adults.
  5. Pour hygiene products into the pool or hot tub.
  6. Damage inventory, smoke, take photos, film.
  7. Bring and consume your own food in the space.
  8. To bring and consume soft or alcoholic beverages in the space.
  9. Be careful not to touch the batteries.
  10. Visiting persons with infectious, viral, or other contagious diseases, as well as persons with open wounds and/or other health disorders that may endanger the health and/or well-being of the person himself or other visitors.

Rules for using saunas

By using the saunas, you agree that you are familiar with these rules, that you do not object to them, and that you are fully responsible for the consequences that may arise from non-compliance with these rules.

Rules of behavior in the bathhouse and sauna:

  1. Before entering the saunas and using them, as well as after using the toilet, it is necessary to take a shower.
  2. It is best to take a bath after 2-3 hours. after meal.
  3. On the day you visit the saunas, you should drink more non-alcoholic liquids.
  4. It is recommended not to wear jewelry in the sauna area.
  5. Visitors must follow all the instructions of the serving staff regarding order, discipline, use of the premises, saunas, and the equipment in them.
  6. Visitors under the age of 18 can visit the sauna complex only under the supervision of their parents or accompanying persons. Adults are fully responsible for the health and safety of themselves and their minor children.


In the sauna:

  1. When sitting or lying in the sauna, it is mandatory to spread out a towel.
  2. When entering the sauna for the first time, it is recommended to warm up for 5-7 minutes on the lower shelf. After an intermediate cooling down, you can enter the sauna again and warm up for 8-15 minutes. After the sauna, it is recommended to rest and then take a shower.


In the steam room:

  1. After entering the steam room, it is necessary to wash the beds with running water.
  2. It is recommended to heat in the steam room for 5-10 minutes. After the sauna, it is recommended to rest, take a shower, and then swim in the pool, thus gradually reducing the amount of heat in the body. Number of visits to the steam room for 1-3 times.
  3. It is recommended not to wear jewelry in the sauna area.


The following are prohibited in saunas:

  1. Pour water or other liquids on stones or heating devices.
  2. Bring and use your own infusions, extracts, oils, and shingles.
  3. Bring food or drinks to the sauna.
  4. Adjust the devices in the sauna rooms, and damage the inventory in the saunas.
  5. Smoking, taking pictures, filming, consuming alcoholic beverages.
  6. Do not touch the batteries of the saunas, act carelessly.
  7. Behaving disrespectfully, endangering yourself and other bathhouse visitors.
  8. Visiting persons suffering from infectious, viral ,or other contagious diseases, as well as persons with open wounds and/or other health disorders that may endanger the health and/or well-being of the person himself or other visitors.
