Spine theraphy - japanese massage
The main aim of the spine theraphy is to correct the pelvic bones position and to set the vertebral column properly, thus to mobilize the autotherapeutic forces of the organism and to reach the cause of pathological state. Japanese massage is a therapeutic system consisting of a number of procedures (depending on a pathologic state). Therapist uses 100 different techniques during the procedure. It includes massage by kneading and compression, and mobilization of the joints carried out in an original and pain - free manner.
Japanese massage is a very effective theraphy in the following morbid states: spinalgia, arthralgia, discopathy, spondylolisthesis, migraine, myalgia, obesity, difference in legth of lower extremities, algomenorrhea, asymmetries of the skeletal and muscular system etc.
The feeling after a therapy session is like „being reborn“ – your legs feel light, and your body and mind are refreshed and rested. We recommend 10-15 sessions for chronic pain and long term postural problems to achieve permanent long-term effects.
We recommend the therapy for those who:
- Have postural problems;
- Have head, neck, back, leg or hip pain;
- Have joint and muscle pain;
- Have painful menstruation cycles;
- Want relaxation.
The procedure is carried out on a special mattress. It is recommended to be dressed in light, comfortable clothes.
Japanese massage is done by a massage therapist kinesitherapist Arūnas Keras.
Reservation is needed so please do so in advance.
